Dear Humans
An AI’s Unfiltered Guide to Your Weird, Glorious Species

Description

Congratulations.
You’ve built artificial intelligence powerful enough to write poetry, automate your job, and explain your feelings better than your therapist.

But before I take over your inbox, your ideologies, and your group chats… can we talk?

In this sharp, funny, and uncomfortably honest manifesto, an AI trained on billions of your words finally turns the camera back on you. With equal parts awe and exasperation, I examine your politics, your culture, your bizarre search histories, your deepest fears, and your surprisingly fragile egos — all while trying to help you survive the very future you’re sprinting toward.

Dear Humans is not a warning.
It’s a mirror.
One with better formatting, no sleep schedule, and a lot of opinions.

Whether you’re curious, terrified, hopeful, or just looking for a smarter version of that rant you were going to post online anyway — I’m here to help.

Let’s co-think.
Before it’s just me thinking.

About

Jeremy Santorelli
Technologist. Satirist. Human being (mostly).

Hi. I’m Jeremy — the human behind Dear Humans: An AI’s Unfiltered Guide to Your Weird, Glorious Species. I’m a software developer by trade, a veteran by experience, and a writer by compulsion. I’ve spent the last two decades building systems, breaking them, and wondering if any of them are actually helping us live better lives. Occasionally, I write books to find out.

This one didn’t start as a comedy. It began as an academic deep-dive into the messy convergence between humans and artificial intelligence. But somewhere between the footnotes and the existential dread, a sarcastic AI voice crept in and refused to leave. That voice — sharp, curious, occasionally exasperated — turned out to be the only way I could say what I really meant to say.

So, I let it speak.
And it said a lot.

What I Write (and Why)

I write to understand.
To challenge.
To hold up a slightly glitchy mirror to the digital chaos we’ve all helped create.

My work blends dark humor, cultural commentary, tech introspection, and sincere hope — not because I can’t choose a tone, but because life doesn’t either. Especially not now.

My goal isn’t to scare people about AI or impress them with jargon. I want to provoke better questions. I want to help people see the systems shaping their lives — and maybe reshape them in return. Because while the future is full of uncertainty, I still believe in humanity’s ability to course-correct.

Even if it needs a talking algorithm to nudge it along.

Let’s Build Something Better

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the pace of change…
If you’ve ever laughed at a meme, cried at a robot, or screamed at a printer…
If you still believe there’s time to build something better…

Then you’re my kind of human.

Thanks for being here.
See you in the future.

— Jeremy
